CDUK Dance Workout

The CD:UK Dance Workout is a unique fitness regime that will teach you some great dance moves so you can shake your booty like Beyonce or strut your stuff like Gwen Stefani.

Set in the CD:UK studios, to a funky, pop soundtrack, this workout features three sections:

1. A warm up; essential to prepare your body for exercise.
2. The dance routines; where you can learn some cool new steps and take part in some fantastic choreographed dances. And finally…
3. The cool down to stretch out and relax.
The dance workouts have different levels from beginner through to intermediate to suit your fitness and as well as being a great way to stay healthy they are great fun and you can practice them with friends. The moves you learn will ensure you and your friends are the divas of the dance floor!
